dress returns Policy

Non-customised sample dresses and our Ready To Wear range can be returned to us providing the following:

  • The dress has not been worn, i.e: the tag is in tact and remains attached to the dress.
  • It is in its original condition and has not been altered in any way.
  • Returns must be notified in advance by email, confirmed by us and the dress sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for returns postage costs as well as packaging the item in a way it reaches us in good condition. When we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and we will send you a confirmation email. It is our policy to return to the customer any dress suspected to be previously worn. Your refund will be issued to you by the payment method used to purchase your dress initially, usually within 5 working days, depending on your bank. The refund amount will be subject to a €50 admin fee and excludes the original postage cost, if any.
 
Returns Procedure
If you receive your dress and would like to return or exchange it for any reason, please send us an email as soon as possible. We will respond promptly and then you can send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We cannot accept returns outside of this time frame. When we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email and begin the refund or exchange process to the terms stated above.
It is also possible to return/exchange your dress in person at our bridal boutique on Bray Main St, Co. Wicklow. Please contact us directly by email, Whatsapp or telephone.
