Short Processing time

We have a short 3-5 day processing time on most of our handmade bridal veils & accessories. You can even have your wedding dress custom made within 2-3 months, so don't hesitate to contact us for urgent orders.

With our worldwide shipping & delivery service, we’ll make sure that every bride can have access to beautifully handmade accessories for her special day.

 

Republic Of Ireland

Bridal veils and accessories such as belts, fine jewellery and headpieces will be sent to you by Registered post at a flat rate of €8.50 which includes a tracking ID and is usually next day delivery. Please note that your package may require a signature on delivery.

Less expensive items such as garters, selected hair accessories/jewellery sets and ring cushions will be sent in a large envelope and include Free Standard Shipping. Standard post does not include a tracking ID. Local delivery is usually within 1-2 business days, but can take up to 2 weeks depending on the season.

If you require your item urgently, you would prefer a tracked package or it is a gift for someone special, kindly choose the “shipping upgrade” option at checkout and we will send your item by registered post with complimentary gift wrapping (gift wrapping service excludes ring cushions).

Our bridal boutique operates by appointment only, so if you would like to order online and collect your item, please contact us before placing your order. 

Add To Your Order

If you have already placed an order and would like to add an item, you can do so providing your order has not already been shipped. Simply contact us and we will send you a code to enter at checkout to remove the extra delivery cost.

Everywhere else

For shipping to the UK, Europe, USA and everywhere else, we will send your order by Registered/Express post which includes a tracking ID. We will send you a dispatch email and a link through which you can track your package securely. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €15 for small items such as garters, €20 for standard packages (Veils, hair accessories and belts) and €25 for large or heavy packages.

No matter your location, if your order total exceeds €250, you’ll receive complimentary worldwide shipping.

Yes indeed, we ship worldwide. If you have any queries regarding your particular country, don’t hesitate to message us for more information.

Depending on the season, processing times can vary from 3 business days to 30.  We try to process each order within 3 – 5 business days. We will try to accommodate urgent orders on a case to case basis. Please message us with any special requests.

Items marked as “Available on back order” will usually be dispatched within 4 – 6 weeks. We will update you by email when your item is in stock.

We aim to ship all purchases as quickly as possible. After carefully wrapping your item, we will bring it straight to the Post Office. 

Deliveries using Registered post to Ireland or the UK should only take 1-5 business days. 

USA and Rest of World have shown to be delivered in just over 7 business days. Please allow up to 30 days. If you have any concerns don’t hesitate to message us.

Standard Post does not include a tracking number. For items sent by Registered Post, we will update your order with a tracking ID link when your package has been dispatched. 

You can track your order by simply clicking the tracking link. Please note that information available varies depending on destination country.

We really do think about the environment when choosing our packaging materials. Our boxes are recyclable for the most part or recycled paper products themselves. We’re always looking to source new packaging materials and more eco-friendly choices. We welcome feedback and will try to improve where we can.

Fragile items are carefully wrapped and may contain a minimum of plastic bubble wrap. We also use acid free tissue paper.

The ribbon that we tie around your box is reusable and can be kept as a memento or incorporated into another outfit of personal significance.

If you live locally or are travelling to Ireland anyway, why not book an appointment? You can visit and buy in person, reducing the carbon footprint involved with shipping. You will also be able to experience our full range of beautiful Irish bridal accessories and try on our sample pieces.

Shipping upgrades such as Express/Courier post are not included in our €250 Free Shipping Promo, but we will send your order via Registered post with compliments.

A tracking number is provided for bridal items to minimise the occurrence of lost items. Packages may take a month to arrive depending on destination and local postal services. Please contact us if you have concerns after this time.

We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit, however we will try our best to accommodate special cases where we can to avoid disappointment.

Any additional VAT/Sales Taxes that may be applicable at the destination country will be paid by the customer. If you do happen to have any difficulties with your order please let us know so we can try to prevent any similar instances in future. 

Custom Made Items

All of our veils, headpieces, capes and belts are custom made for every order. We put a lot of time and love into discussing and creating them with you in mind. Custom made items are non-returnable. Feel free to message us with any questions.

Hygiene

We consider your order as something special that’s made for just you. It’s important to us that nobody else has tried on your veil and returned it for resale. We’re strict about hygiene so consider items such as veils, combs, headpieces and earrings as non-returnable.

General Items

We make a genuine effort to ensure that you will be pleased with the your purchase but in the event that you wish to return a non-customised item, a refund, minus any original postage costs and admin fees will be given after we have received the returned goods in a reasonable and unused condition and to the terms stated above. The customer will bear the cost for any return shipping charges.

Dresses

Non-customised items, sample dresses and our ready to wear range can be returned to us providing the following:

  • Returns must be notified in advance by email, confirmed by us and the dress sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item has not been worn, i.e: the tag is in tact and remains attached.
  • It is in its original condition, undamaged and has not been altered in any way.
We recommend that returned items are sent back to us using a tracked postage for the customers sake. Please note that the customer will be responsible for returns postage costs as well as packaging the item in a way it reaches us in good condition. When we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and we will send you a confirmation email. It is our policy to return to the customer any item suspected to have been previously worn.
Your refund will be issued to you within 2 weeks by the payment method used to purchase your item initially and are usually received in 5-10 working days, depending on your bank. The refund amount will be subject to any admin fees and excludes the original postage cost.
Exchanges will incur an additional postage cost.
