Short Processing time

We have a short 3-5 day processing time on all of our handmade bridal veils and accessories and you can even have your wedding dress custom made within 2-3 months, so don't hesitate to contact us for urgent orders.

With our worldwide shipping & delivery service, we’ll make sure that every bride can have access to beautifully handmade accessories for her special day.

Our flat rate shipping charge for delivery within the Republic of Ireland is €5 for Standard post and €8.50 for Registered post. Local delivery is usually within 1-2 business days for both, depending on the season.

To other countries worldwide, there is a charge of €10 for small items such as jewellery . For veils and larger accessories, the flat rate shipping fee will be  €15.

If you’re spending over €250, you’ll receive complimentary worldwide shipping for your order.

At this time, there may be some strain on local and international postal services. For this reason, Standard Post without a tracking number will not be available for the time being. Please allow 3-5 days for order processing and potentially extended shipping times of 1-2 weeks. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Yes indeed, we ship worldwide. If you have any queries regarding your particular country, don’t hesitate to message us for more information.

Depending on the season, processing times can vary from 3 business days to 30.  We try to process each order within 3 – 5 business days. We will try to accommodate urgent orders on a case to case basis. Please message us with any special requests.

Items marked as “Available on back order” will usually be dispatched within 4 – 6 weeks. We will update you by email when your item is in stock.

We aim to ship all purchases as quickly as possible. After carefully wrapping your item, we will bring it straight to the Post Office. 

Deliveries using Standard/Registered post to Ireland or the UK should only take 1-5 business days. 

USA and Rest of World have shown to be delivered in just over 7 business days. Please allow up to 30 days. If you have any concerns don’t hesitate to message us.

We will send you a email with a tracking ID link when your order has been dispatched. 

You can track your package simply clinking the tracking link. Please note that information available varies depending on destination country.

We really do think about the environment when choosing our packaging materials. Our boxes are recyclable for the most part or recycled paper products themselves. We’re always looking to source new packaging materials and more eco-friendly choices. We welcome feedback and will try to improve where we can.

Fragile items are carefully wrapped and may contain a minimum of plastic bubble wrap. We also use acid free tissue paper.

The ribbon that we tie around your box is reusable and can be kept as a memento or incorporated into another outfit of personal significance, such as a christening robe or First Communion dress.

If you live locally or are travelling to Ireland anyway, why not message us for an appointment? You can visit and buy in person, reducing the carbon footprint involved with shipping. You will also be able to experience our full range of beautiful Irish bridal accessories and try on our sample pieces.

You can choose between Standard and Registered Post at the checkout page. For urgent and expensive bridal items, we recommend that you choose Registered post as it’s more reliable and also comes with a tracking ID. A signature will usually be required on delivery.

A tracking number isn’t provided with Standard post but we have this option for smaller items like garters etc.

Shipping upgrades such as Express/Courier post are not included in our €250 Free Shipping Promo, but we will send your order via Registered post with compliments.

A tracking number is provided for bridal items to minimise the occurrence of lost items. Packages may take a month to arrive depending on destination and local postal services. Please contact us if you have concerns after this time.

We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit, however we will try our best to accommodate special cases where we can to avoid disappointment.

Any additional VAT/Sales Taxes that may be applicable at the destination country will be paid by the customer. If you do happen to have any difficulties with your order please let us know so we can try to prevent any similar instances in future.

Custom Made Items

All of our veils, headpieces, capes and belts are custom made for every order. We put a lot of time and love into discussing and creating them with you in mind. Custom made items are non-returnable. Feel free to message us with any questions.


We consider your order as something special that’s made for just you. It’s important to us that nobody else has tried on your veil and returned it for resale. We’re strict about hygiene so consider items such as veils, combs, headpieces and earrings as non-returnable.

General Items

We make a genuine effort to ensure that you will be pleased with the your purchase but in the event that you are not happy with the quality of your item, a full refund will be given after we have received the returned goods in reasonable and unused condition and to the terms stated above. The customer will bear the cost for any return shipping charges.
